Emily Maynard began her professional career as a licensed Paralegal in NYC. In 1995, after one year as a Paralegal, Emily became an Executive Recruiter for one of the top Retained Search Firms in NYC.
In 1998, Emily relocated to Florida and joined DMR Global, Inc. as its first employee. By virtue of her expertise, dedication and results, she has progressed through the organization as a Senior Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, Vice President of DMR Global Recruiting & DMR Career Planning services and in 2009, earned a partnership with the firm.
In addition to managing a team of recruiters and career consultants, Emily's strength is intensely assessing the talents of executives. Whether she's assisting graduating students or established professionals, on either the executive recruiting or career consulting service divisions of DMR Global, Inc., Emily has honed her own and staff's ability to create a forum through which a professional's truest talents shine through.
